bonbox 1.8 — invoices by link, receipts by email

Hi everyone! We're happy to tell you about the next bonbox update. It should have a few nice new features for you: invoices by link and receipts by email forwarding.

New: share invoices by link and get paid

You can now share invoices as a link. Your clients see the QR bill right there and can download the PDF.

If you connect your Stripe account to bonbox in your profile under Online payments, your clients can also pay right from the link: by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or TWINT. The money goes straight to your account. Once paid, bonbox marks the invoice as paid and books the income.

Receipts by email

With Pro you get your own email address. Just forward invoices to it. bonbox turns them into receipts.

No attachment in the mail? No problem. The mail itself becomes the receipt. Handy for tickets from SBB or Uber.

You find your address in your profile under Email import.

Your customers in the app

Your profile now has a page for your customers. There you can view, edit and delete them.

Autumn cleaning

Balance on top: You see right away how your year is going. Tap income or expenses and the list shows only those.

Amount first: The amount sits large at the top of a receipt. For amounts in foreign currencies you see the amount in francs right away.

Scan from anywhere: The scan button is on every screen.
