By accessing or using bonbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
Use of the Service
You agree to use bonbox only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription & Billing
bonbox offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. If you subscribe, billing runs on a recurring basis through the App Store, Google Play, or our payment provider (RevenueCat), depending on where you sign up. You can cancel anytime; we do not provide prorated refunds for unused periods.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the data you upload to bonbox. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the service.
Third-Party Integrations
bonbox relies on third-party services — including Supabase, Infomaniak, Google Gemini, Sentry, PostHog, and RevenueCat. These integrations are governed by the respective terms and privacy policies of each provider.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to bonbox if you violate these terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service stops immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bonbox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Your continued use of bonbox after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
